Frequently Asked Questions About the Coffee Subscription
How can I change the delivery date for my subscription?
You can easily let us know via email if you'd like to change your delivery schedule, and we'll be happy to adjust it for you.
Can I cancel the discount subscription?
No, the Advantage Subscription cannot be canceled and runs for at least 12 months. If your needs change or you'd like to switch your subscription, please feel free to contact us.
How long do the loose pads stay fresh in the 40-count bag after it's been opened?
Once opened, we recommend using the pods within 2–3 weeks so you can enjoy the full flavor of Kaffa Wild Coffee. Always seal the bag tightly with the zipper or an additional clip.
Where can I find the roast date?
The roasting date is the best-by date minus 12 months. You can find the best-by date on the packaging and subtract 12 months from it to determine the roasting date.
How do the espresso and medium roasts differ?
Espresso is a dark roast, and the grind of the pods is precisely calibrated for a single espresso cup. For a large cup of coffee, we recommend the Medium pods, which are ground slightly coarser and have a brew time of 18–20 seconds.
How should I store coffee to preserve its aroma?
Store the coffee in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, seal it tightly (e.g., with a clip) and use it within 4–6 weeks to enjoy its full flavor.
